My name is Klaudia and I am so pleased you are here.
I know it can be daunting coming to a new class where you don’t know anybody so I thought I would introduce myself…
I have been practicing yoga for almost a decade now. I decided to give it a go after I read how it can reduce stress and is a great mindfulness practice. I kept returning when I realized how good it made me feel, not just in my mind but in my body too. Yoga felt like a moving meditation, it was the only place I could switch off my busy, worrisome mind and feel at peace. Eventually, the calm state I had cultivated on the mat started to follow me off the mat and it felt great.
I became passionate about my yoga practice because it had transformed my every day life. I am not the stressed out and anxious person I used to be and that is all thanks to my daily yoga practice. And so now it is my mission to share the gift of yoga, to help heal and transform the lives of others with the gift of yoga.
