As we approach the middle of the year, this retreat offers the opportunity to reconnect with your breath, body and spirit through mindful movement and sound healing.
Throughout our time together we’ll restore balance to your nervous system as we move through a 90 minute yin yang yoga flow to open the body and find ease as we release any tension and stress you might be carrying, before moving into effortless rest and relaxation as my clear quartz singing bowls take you on a sound healing journey where you will discover peace and harmony within as your mind, body and spirit are brought back into a balanced state of peace and harmony.
You’ll float home feeling lighter, more calm and truly nourished from the inside out!
What to expect?
10:00-10:05am Welcome & introduction
10:05-11:35am 90-minute Yin Yang yoga class
11:35-11:45am Yoga nidra
11:45-12:20pm Sound healing journey
12:20-12:30pm Pranayama (breathwork)
12:30-1:00pm Tea and cake.
Please bring with you a blanket and a couple of pillows/cushions to support you in your yin yoga practise. If you would like to bring an eye mask or anything else to make you feel more at home and comfortable then please do.
